Able to get some meets in before winter moved back into the area, the Pella Christian girls’ golf team is steadily progressing for the better. The Eagles were fifth in the Little Hawkeye Conference tournament this past Monday, with Autumn Vos shooting a 99 overall which was good for third place overall. Coach Larry Hessing said that in order to shave some strokes off their scores, the short game is where he’s looking to help them improve, but with the inclement weather, it has been hard to try and get outside to do work. Next up for the Pella Christian girls is a dual against Norwalk on Monday.
