Qualifying for the regional final by placing second in their first round regional meet, the Pella Christian girls’ golf team is working on just simply shaving strokes off their game before trying to qualify for state this Monday. After shooting a team score of 393, the girls will be heading to Marengo to see if they can make it to the state tournament. Coach Larry Hessing says that the biggest strength of his team right now is the amount of talent up-and-down his roster. Pella Christian’s girls tee off on Monday at the Marengo Country Club.
