Pella’s boys’ soccer team was unable to get any offense going against Dallas Center-Grimes on Thursday, dropping their contest 1 – 0. The game was scoreless until the 65th minute, when the Mustangs sneaked in a goal on a corner kick and their defense held true the rest of the game to hang onto the win despite a barrage of chances in the final eight minutes by the Little Dutch. Pella’s boys are now 9 – 4 – 2 on the season and next play Carlisle on Monday.
