The Pella boys finished in the top eight in the team competition at substate on Saturday. The Little Dutch started the day off with a 5 – 0 win over Keokuk. Pella then ran into tennis powerhouse, Maharishi and fell 5 – 2 to end their day. Coach Nick Seipel’s gang finishes in the top eight in team competition, and this Friday and Saturday, they will send five individuals to the state tournament to compete for some hardware at Byrne’s Park Tennis Complex in Waterloo.
