Pleasantville Native Chelsea Thomas will lead her Missouri Softball Squad into a big Southeastern Conference weekend series with Tennessee starting today. The Tigers are third in the S-E-C East with a 13-7 record. However, with a sweep and a little help from South Carolina sweeping first place Florida, the Tigers would win the S-E-C Eastern Division. Thomas says taking 2/3 this weekend would not only help with seeding in the conference, but would also help in the upcoming N-C-A-A Tournament. Thomas had adapted well to the new conference. She says every game is tough and every team in the conference is capable of winning.
