Open houses are being held today in Knoxville as two longtime community members retire from their positions. At Iowa State Savings Bank, ag banker John Jenson is retiring after nearly 14 years at the bank. The public is welcome to come to the bank from 9am-3pm to wish him well..
At the Knoxville Police Department, Officer Randy Puyear is retiring after 26 years of service in Knoxville. There will be an open house for him at the Police Department from 11am-1pm today. Lt. Aaron Fuller tells knia/krls news that Puyear’s investigative skills will be missed in the office. According to Fuller, Puyear is “One heck of a cop.”
