Sinclair, Heartsill Meet with Public in Knoxville This Afternoon

The final legislative coffee session of 2013 is scheduled for today in Knoxville. Senator Amy Sincliar and Representative Greg Heartstill will be reviewing what happened in the legislature this year at the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce at 4pm today. They’ll also answer questions from the crowd. New legislation passed in Des Moines this session includes an education reform package, a reduction and reform of property taxes, and a low-income health insurance compromise.
