The Christian Opportunity Center is working on several fundraising events for next week. Monday, they will be raising money at Culver’s from 5p.m. to 8p.m., on the 20th, they will be hosting Thursdays in Pella along with other local non-profit organizations, and Friday the 21st, they will have their 12th annual golf outing at Bos Landen. The C.O.C has facilities in Pella, Oskaloosa, Indianola and Des Moines. Patty Zylstra, Public Information Director at the C.O.C. explains that each community has their own events, and this will be the main fundraising week for the Pella location.
