Melcher-Dallas baseball and softball picked up a pair of wins over a couple struggling Mormon-Trail teams last night. Saints’ hardball won 13 – 5. Kenneth Wadle started the game and picked up the win, and Trent Flesher came on in relief and recorded a save. The softball team was victorious 11 – 1 in a game that lasted just five innings. Melcher-Dallas baseball improves to 5 – 10, and the Saints’ girls now sit with a record of 16 – 10 and are winners of four straight. Each team has a scheduled game at home against Murray later this evening.
