The North Overlook Beach would be a great spot to spend Saturday as the Lake Red Rock Balloonfest continues. A pancake breakfast starts at 7am, with the fun runs at 8am. Starting at 6pm, Jefferson County Green Band will perform at North Overlook Beach with food and drink vendors on-site. Tethered balloon rides start at 8pm.
