After a decade with the Pella Historical Trust and almost two years as Director of the non-profit, Ellie Gosselink is stepping down. Gosselink is making the move to Oregon to be closer to family. Her replacement has been selected, and approval of her hiring will be voted on during the board’s meeting tonight. Gosselink says that she is confident that the new director will be able to take her ideas and expand upon for the better of the community as a whole. Gosselink adds that she’ll follow the progress of the trust and the community through Facebook and relationships built throughout the years.
