Following the end of their 2012-13 season, the Central men’s basketball team lost six athletes to graduation as Craig Douma and his coaching staff look ahead to the ’13-’14 season. The Dutch finished seventh in the Iowa Conference last season, just a game out of making the league tournament. The team that won that tourney, Dubuque, is the team that Coach Douma thinks is the early front-runners to challenge for a title this winter. Douma also talked about how tough Buena Vista could be this year, and that the rest of the league looks pretty solid during the offseason.
