The weather was pretty much perfect for RAGBRAI riders in Knoxville on Wednesday. A blend of sun and clouds graced the sky as cyclists from across Iowa and the rest of the country peddled over Lake Red Rock and enjoyed their stay in Knoxville. Authorities report a few minor incidents of exhausted or hurt riders, but nothing out of the ordinary. Clear skies and a gentle breeze provided fantastic weather for the thousands of campers.
