Motorists and commuters are reminded to be patient today as RAGBRAI traffic comes through Marion County. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office will have deputies controlling traffic on portions of Highway 14 as riders come south, and the Knoxville Police Department will have several officers controlling traffic on roads that aren’t closed as well. In addition, officers from Pella, Carlisle, and other communities will be assisting Knoxville officers with crowd control and other duties downtown.
