There will always be “what-if’s” after a season if you’re a head coach. They say hindsight is always 20-20. Pella Christian head softball coach, Nate Van Wyk, was asked if things would have perhaps went a little differently had they went with a number one starter instead of three different pitchers in the same game. He says that though it’s tough to think about what might have happened, he’s confident his team won more games doing things the way they did. The Eagles finished at 13 – 18 – 1.
