RAGBRAI will be rolling thru the Tulip City in less than 48 hours, but road closures will begin later today. At 5pm, parking spaces will be blocked off on the north side of the 700 block of Franklin, along with six spaces on the west side of the 800 block of Main. Tomorrow at 1pm, closures will include the 800 blocks of Broadway and Main Streets, parking spaces on the east and west sides of the 700 block of Broadway, and parking spaces on the east side of the 700 block of Main Street. Thursday, closures include Franklin Street from Broadway to East 2nd, and the 700 blocks of Broadway, Main, Liberty, Union, Independence, Peace and University streets.
