Closures related to RAGBRAI begin today in Knoxville. Starting at 5pm, the following roads will be closed – First, Second, Third, and Fourth Streets from Montgomery to Marion; Main and Montgomery Streets from Roche to Fourth; and Robinson Street from Fourth Street west. Robinson Street will reopen Thursday at 2pm; other roads will reopen Thursday at 2am. Knoxville City Hall and the Marion County Courthouse will also be closed for regular business Wednesday. The South Central Iowa Solid Waste Agency will be closed for all but commercial traffic Thursday.
