Sweet corn is typically part of many people’s 4th of July meals, but the weather is hampering some of those plans. Dan-D Farms owner Dan Dennison tells KNIA/KRLS News that he thinks that the sweet corn crop is about three weeks away. Dennison says that the crop does look good, but wet fields and cold weather held back some of the growth. He adds that their first tomato crop will be out shortly after that.
