Game day for Knoxville and P-C-M is here. The Panthers and Mustangs open up the 2013 season looking to improve on last year’s records. For Knoxville, the Panthers lost three games in the middle of the season by a combined five points. P-C-M on the other hand, made the playoffs and finished with a 4-7 record. Knoxville is preparing for a different P-C-M from last season. Coach Troy Rider says the Mustangs who did not run the ball very much last year will try to establish a running game. P-C-M comes into the game returning most of its rushing attack led by Blake McWilliams who ran for 404 yards last season. The Mustangs will have a new quarterback as Logan Gilman, who started the playoff game last year is now the starter. You can hear the play-by-play on AM 1320 KNIA and streamed live at kniakrls.com starting with the pre game at seven.
