Postseason berths and state championships are great things to dream about and go after, but for PCM this season, their first priority is to keep getting better.

“I think that our guys have a pretty good understanding that we have to improve every single week,” Coach Greg Bonnett said. “Our goal more than anything is just to do that. I don’t think that anyone on this team thinks that we can go out and win every single ballgame, but I think there’s a lot of people on this team that thinks we can surprise a lot of people, too.”

Bonnett adds that their goal is to just go out there and get better and let the wins and losses take care of themselves. PCM has a tough non-district schedule before they get into the meat and potatoes of their schedule, and it all starts with a trip to Knoxville to face the Panthers a week from Friday.
