There were no serious injuries after two cars collided at the intersection of Lincoln and Robinson Streets this afternoon. Officer Randy Emal tells KNIA/KRLS NEws that a vehicle northbound on Lincoln was attempting to turn left on Robinson Street when it collided with a southbound car. Another car that was stopped at the stoplight and facing east was also struck. Knoxville Police Department and Knoxville Fire and Rescue responded to the scene. Some fluids had been leaking, so fire department personnel put down some material to soak the fluids.
