The Marion County Board of Supervisors and Knoxville City Council will hold a joint meeting this morning to discuss the Streetscape project and parking downtown. City Manager Harold Stewart told the Council last week that business owners downtown were concerned about the lack of parking and asked that the City enforce the three-hour parking ordnance downtown more rigorously. The meeting starts at 9am at the Marion County Public Health building.
