WILLIAMSION, MEGAN MICHELLE 001 CRABTREE, LANDON MARK 001

Two Knoxville residents were arrested early this morning after police found drugs and drug paraphernalia in the home they were in. 26-year-old Megan Williamson and 24-year-old Landon Crabtree were charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, child neglect, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and several misdemeanors. The search warrant was executed at the 400 block of W. Marion St. by the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force. They were assisted by the Knoxville Police Department. Both suspects were taken into the Marion County Jail this morning and will appear in court at a later date.

Megan Williamson (age 26 of Knoxville) has been charged with possession scheduled III controlled substance with intent to deliver, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, child neglect, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug house.

Landon Crabtree (age 24 of Knoxville) has been charged with possession scheduled III controlled substance with intent to deliver, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, child neglect, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug house.

Possession of schedule III controlled substance with intent to deliver is a class “D” felony, fail to affix a drug tax stamp is a class “D” felony, child neglect is a class “C” felony, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription is a serious misdemeanor, maintaining a drug house is an aggravated misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia is a simple misdemeanor.
