A plethora of Central’s fall athletics teams are in action today. Men’s golf makes their season debut after being ranked 17th in the most recent poll in Division III. They’ll head to West Dundee, Illinois for the Carthage Invitational, while the women are in Normal, Illinois for the Illinois Wesleyan Fall Invitational. Dutch men’s and women’s tennis head to Des Moines for a match against Grandview at 2:30 and 3:30 p.m., respectively. Meanwhile, the Central volleyball team will try to shake off some early offensive struggles and bounce back in Minnesota versus both Bethany Lutheran and Gustavus Adolphus. Finally, men’s soccer has the opportunity to move to 3 – 2 with a win tonight at home on the pitch against Grand View.
