The Knoxville City Council will discuss a request from the Knoxville Veteran Alliance during their regular meeting Tuesday evening. Managing Member James Washington is requesting the City provide a proposal to the KVA and VA to take over the Enhance Use Lease at the campus. He says in a letter to the Council that more City engagement would expedite access and use of the campus. The Council will also consider an ordinance that would allow off-road utility vehicles, such as Gators on City Streets. The meeting begins at 6:15 Tuesday at City Hall.
