Oskaloosa’s woes continued last night and Pella Christian showed no mercy in a three-set victory over the Indians. The Eagles won 25 – 17, 25 – 11 and clobbered Oskaloosa 25 – 9 in game three. The Indians were up 17 – 15 in game one, and from that point on, Pella Christian won the next 20 points to set the tone for the rest of the night. Christa Veenstra was a monster on the court, scoring 11 kills, four blocks and three aces. The Eagles won in kills overall 38 – 16 over Oskaloosa. Pella Christian improves to 8 – 11 on the year and 1 – 2 in the Little Hawkeye Conference. The Eagles will host an eight team tournament this Saturday.
