Habitat for Humanity Seeks Qualified Family

Habitat for Humanity is looking for a qualified family for a Habitat home in Knoxville. The home is located at 310 W. Main St. To qualify you must need a home, be willing to partner with them, and have an ability to pay for the home. The purchaser must not be able to go to the bank and get a regular mortgage.
Here are some examples of income guidelines:
Family of 1- $14,700 to $29,400
Family of 2- $16,800 to $33,600
Family of 3- $18,900 to $37,800
You must also have lived or wored in Marion County for a year. Call the Habitat office today at 641-828-8844 or contact Family Service Coordinator Inez at 641-218-9177 to get an application or find out more about the 0% interest loan on a Habitat home. The payments on these homes are figured on the family’s income and with taxes and insurance costs around $500 per month.
