Over three weeks of practice will end for the Knoxville Volleyball as the Panthers finally open up their 2013 season at Chariton. New coach Liz Sanders brings in a young team with eight sophomores and only two seniors. She tells KNIA/KRLS Sports she is pleased with the progress and has been looking at different combinations to see which players work better with each other. Chariton already has seven matches under its belt and sport a 5-2 record following a 2-2 mark at the Clarke Invitational over the weekend. Action gets underway with the freshman and J-V matches at 5:30.
