Labor Day Grilling Safety Tips

Cookouts and grilling are a part of the Labor Day tradition for many people. Judi Van Hulzen, at Marion County Public Health, reminds listeners of some safe grilling techniques. She says that you can prevent food borne illnesses by using different platters and utensils for raw and cooked meats. Van Hulzen adds that after cooking, you should keep meet warm until its served.
