Mustangs Looking to End Early Season Slump Tonight

Off to a 1 – 6 start, PCM’s volleyball team will be trying to break out of their recent funk with another road conference game against Greene County. The Mustangs are 0 – 2 in the Heart of Iowa Conference and are playing their third consecutive league match tonight. One of PCM’s preseason goals was to be competitive in the conference; and though it is still very early in the season, the Mustangs would still like a win tonight to help their confidence. Coach Mollie Keitges tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that another big goal for her squad is to bring plenty of intensity to every game. Greene County enters with a 3 – 2 overall mark and an even 1 – 1 record in the conference. Tonight’s varsity match is at seven.
