The Pella City Council will meet tonight at the Public Safety Complex at 7pm. Among items included in the meeting’s agenda are a petition for a special five day Class C liquor license for In’t Veld’s, and four resolutions. One of the of resolutions calls for the denial of the request from Mahaska County Supervisors to amend Article X Section 1 of the 28E Agreement between Mahaska County, the City of Oskaloosa, and the City of Pella for the proposed regional airport. Article X Section 1 addresses eminent domain.
