PCM and Pleasantville had two separate nights on the volleyball court on Tuesday. PCM lost in three sets to Heart of Iowa Conference rival South Hamilton, 7 – 25, 19 – 25 and 11 – 25. Courtney Van Houweling was a perfect 8-for-8 serving with an ace, while Abbi Gilson and Van Houweling each had five kills. Meanwhile, Pleasantville swept their conference match tonight against Wayne, 25 – 15, 25 – 18 and 25 – 20. The Trojans improve to 9 – 7 and PCM drops to 1 – 6. The Mustangs are at Greene County tomorrow while Pleasantville has a week off before hosting Central Decatur this Tuesday.
