Habitat for Humanity is Looking for Applicants

Habitat for Humanity is looking for a qualified family for a Habitat home in Knoxville. Executive Director Lisa Crabbs says to qualify you must demonstrate the need for a home, and have the ability to pay for a home. Purchasers must be unable to get a regular mortgage, and must have lived or worked in Marion County for one year. Payments on Habitat homes are based on income and with taxes plus insurance cost around $500 per month.
