The Pella City Council met last night. Liquor license renewals for 2 Casey’s General Stores, Happy Joe’s, Central College, and The Lamppost Lounge were all approved, along with a petition for a change of ownership of the Pella Opera House. A closed session was held to discuss upcoming revonations at the Pella Indoor Pool, and the next board meeting was moved to November 4th instead of the 5th to avoid conflict with local elections.
