PCM and Melcher-Dallas each played a match that went three sets on Thursday. The Mustangs were swept by Nevada, 8 – 25, 15 – 25 and 14 – 25. Abbi Gilson led the team with five kills and Courtney VanHouweling had 12 digs. Meanwhile, the Saints swept conference opponent Moulton-Udell on the road last night. Melcher-Dallas improves to 12 – 7 on the season while PCM falls to 3 – 14. The Mustangs will be in Pella on Saturday for the Lady Dutch invite and the Saints will be in the Bluegrass Conference tournament this Tuesday.
