Knoxville’s Storytelling Festival begins Thursday with an adult costume dinner party at the Fox Pub and Grill. Meet storytellers, have dinner and hear ghost stories from 6-9. Friday, storytellers will visit Knoxville schools, and then gather in Auld Park from 5 to 10 for storytelling. From 10 to 10 Saturday at Auld Park, storytelling will take place, and there will be an enchanted forest, face painting and an apple pie contest to benefit the Knoxville Public Library expansion. Nola Vasquez, event coordinator, tells KNIA KRLS News that they still need volunteers for the event. Contact Nola Vasquez, 891-8611 for more information.
