There is a new radio station in Marion County. KNIA KRLS Chief Operations Officer Michael Suhr says that the Federal Communications Commission has approved an application for this station to add 95.3 to our lineup, as an FM translator. 95.3 will simulcast or re-broadcast content that is on the 1320 KNIA frequency, but will offer a stronger signal, therefore covering a greater area. 1320 KNIA broadcasts local sports, news and country music, and now this same content will air on your FM dial at 95.3 KNIA.
