The Knoxville Girls Basketball Squad while young…has experience. Coach Jim Utiermarkt says the time of talking about what grade the players in is over, because saying they are inexperienced will not fly anymore. The Panthers stand at 1-0 after their win over P-C-M last Friday, a team they lost to last season. Utiermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS all of the expectations for the team are higher this season. He says finishing in the upper division of the conference and maybe challenging for the title, plus getting more wins than last season are just some of the challenges laid out for the girls.
