Knoxville’s Living Windows is set for this Thursday, November 21. Knoxville Assistant City Manager Dylan Feik tells KNIA KRLS News that the main section of Second Street will be paved Friday, the second main section is set to be paved Saturday. Once the concrete cures on the street, work will begin on parking spaces and sidewalks. Feik says “By Monday, we’ll have two full crews working on separate sections of the roadway project. This will significantly expedite the paving process.”
