Shortly after 7:30 Friday morning on Lincoln Street, in front of Knoxville Middle School, a three-car accident resulted in charges to two drivers. Lt. Aaron Fuller with Knoxville Police Department says a Chevy Tahoe was stopped at the intersection, when a juvenile in an Oldsmobile Alero hit the Tahoe. The two drivers exited their vehicles and were standing near the Alero, when a 2006 Dodge pickup, driven by 46 year old Michael Allen Bosak, hit the Alero, pushing it into the Tahoe. Fuller says the juvenile was charged with following too closely, and Bosak was charged with failure to maintain control. Fuller would like to remind anyone involved in an accident, do not stand near the disabled vehicles or in the street near the accident scene; go to the closest sidewalk or area away from the site. Nobody was injured in the accident. Lt. Fuller would like to thank two witnesses, a teacher from the Middle School and a sixth grade girl who provided reports to assist police.
