One of the areas that Knoxville Wrestling was trying to get stronger in during the offseason was the upper weight classes. The Panthers lacked depth at weight classes 170 and above, and Coach Ron Peterson says the depth is better this season and they bring back more experience. Peterson adds Travis Poffenbarger, who is now on varsity after wrestling a season on J-V, is showing signs of being a fine wrestler. The Panthers will host a triangular with Dallas Center-Grimes and Davis County on Thursday.
