Planning for the 2014 Pella annual gardens is complete. The theme for Central Park next summer will be “Garden Creatures.” Jeanette Vaughn with the City of Pella says the staff has some creative surprises in store. She adds that the fish from the underwater theme in Central Park this summer are being sold by silent auction in the Joan Kuyper Farver Art Gallery, with bids accepted until December 18th.
