Much like Wile E. Coyote, the Pleasantville basketball teams will try to squash I-35 tonight on the hardwood. The lady Roadrunners are one of the favorites to win the Pride of Iowa Conference this year and have won four straight after starting the season with three consecutive losses. Coach Aaron Fichter is looking forward to the opportunity to face another challenging team, and would like a more consistent effort over the course of the contest this evening. I-35’s boys are 2 – 3 entering play while the Trojans are 4 – 1 after beating Martensdale-St. Mary’s on Friday.
