Red Rock with Ice

Josh Conrad, Assistant Operations Manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Lake Red Rock tells KNIA/KRLS News that while they do not restrict anyone from being on the ice, they recommend looking over the surface carefully before going on it, and their official stance is “no ice, is safe ice.” Conrad says that they also recommend never putting a full size vehicle on the ice due to the changing conditions, but again they do not restrict it.
