The National Weather Service reports that dangerously cold wind chills continue today. Temperatures will remain below zero much of the morning, and the wind chill advisory is in effect until noon. Northwest winds will be approximately 15 mph, with gusts expected to 25 mph. Wind chills of 20 below to 30 below are expected.
