PCM has a big chance to find a pair of wins this evening when they head to Colfax-Mingo for a doubleheader. It was not pretty for the TigerHawks the first time these two teams met right before the Christmas break. The Mustangs’ girls decimated Colfax-Mingo, 60 – 17 and have won four of their last five games. PCM’s boys have had their struggles lately; after starting 10 – 0, they’ve lost their last four. Fred Lorensen, PCM’s head coach, says that to snap out of their funk, it may be as simple as just getting a win. The Mustangs beat the TigerHawks, 77 – 37 in their first game between one another this season. Tonight’s doubleheader starts with the girls’ game at 6:00.
