Two bitter rivals go head-to-head this evening in Pleasantville on the basketball courts. Pleasantville and Southeast Warren have given each other some great battles as of late, regardless of each team’s records. The Trojans’ girls enter play with one win on the season while the WarHawks are 5 – 5. The Southeast Warren boys stunned Pleasantville last year in overtime after they were clobbered by 40 points earlier in the year. This year hasn’t gone much better for the WarHawks; after winning just two games last year, they’re off to a 1 – 7 start and have averaged just 25 points per game. The girls’ contest is scheduled for a 6:15 p.m. start.
