Clark, Petty, Azinger Headed to ‘The Well’

Pella High and PCM will be represented later this week in the Iowa State Wrestling Tournament. Tristan Clark at 126 pounds fought his way to the championship match of his weight class but fell to Shadow Leshen of Albia. Thanks to winning his semifinal bout over a Mediapolis grappler, Clark, by rule, earned second place and a state tournament berth. Three other Mustangs finished third. Levi Azinger pinned his way to first place in three straight matches at 132 pounds. Chase Petty was second overall at 126. Full results can be found below.
