Nathan Clayberg will continue playing football even after the Shrine Bowl game in July. The senior tight end and defensive specialist has signed to play football at Drake University this fall. Pella High football coach, Jay McKinstrey says that Clayberg is a high-caliber, high-character person and athlete and that there have been many contributing factors to his success over the years. Clayberg finished his senior year on the football team with 69 tackles, 15 of them for a loss, and two sacks. He also caught nine passes for over 100 yards. Of course, the senior is in the middle of the basketball season, and his Dutch will next play tomorrow night in Newton.
