Tuesday night at approximately 10:20 pm, members of the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force, along with assistance from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the Pella Police Department, and the Knoxville K9 Unit, executed a drug search warrant in the 1000th block of Washington Street in Pella. Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were seized and three individuals were taken to the Marion County Jail. Krystal Orr, 27 of Pella was charged with possession with intent to deliver more than five grams of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nathan Burk, 31 of Fairfield, was charged with possession with intent to deliver more than five grams of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Matthew Reisinger, 33 of Pella, was arrested on an outstanding Marion County warrant for probation violation. Possession with intent to deliver more than five grams of methamphetamine is a class “B” felony, possession with intent to deliver marijuana is a class “D” felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia a simple misdemeanor.
